Have any questions?
Your Physiotherapy Questions, Answered
How will I know if my therapist is qualified?
We carry out extensive checks to ensure that all physiotherapists in our group are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your physiotherapy session for any reason, you can do so by calling the clinic directly.
What if I am not happy with the standard of my session or therapist?
We take all patient feedback very seriously. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your treatment session or indeed if you have positive feedback, we want to hear from you.
Please either call us on 01244 303469 or email us on info@nationwidephysio.co.uk.
How do I book and pay for my treatment?
Payments are through the Nationwide Physio website using Stripe, we will then contact the clinic to contact you to make your first appointment. Please see our terms and conditions for full details.
What happens in my assessment?
Your physiotherapist will ask you to tell them as much as you can about your issues. They will need to assess you and look at the area of your body causing your problems, so you should be prepared to remove some clothing if necessary.
Your physiotherapist will explain what your issue or injury is likely to be and the ways that they can help to treat the problem. There may be some time for treatment at the end of the session, but this will depend on your condition.
In rare cases, the physiotherapist may be unable to treat you, and you may need to be referred to a specialist. For example, if you have a broken bone or need surgery.
